Rugbytots is looking for enthusiastic, lively and energetic individuals with experience in working with children to join their expanding network of coaches. The candidate needs to be flexible, working weekday/weekend mornings and afternoons. An extremely outgoing personality who can keep children entertained is essential.
You will be required to follow a set structure of class activities, adapting the programme to ensure the needs of the group are continually met and gradual improvement takes place.
Full training will be provided; this includes the completion of the RFU Level One Course, Paediatric First Aid and our Rugbytots master trainer qualification.
Please note a police CRB check will be undertaken and candidates must hold a valid work permit or visa to work in the UK.
Personal Spec - Essential:
- Experience working with young children
- Bright, lively, enthusiastic and patient
- Excellent organisational skills
- Flexibility
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Own transportation
- Ability to work in the UK
